Lately I was invited to different support groups which was an honour for me to finally share my journey with people who can find comfort in knowing that everyone at some point in time fights a battle of the mind! Each circumstance brings a similar battle, that of stilling the mind.
Every journey, good or bad, brings an emotion, and we are constantly fighting those emotions through our way of thinking at that moment in time. Thanks to these people today I was inspired to write this article to give hope that the path to inner peace is a spiritual journey that we all have to face it through at any moment in time.
The battle will always be to keep the mind still in a chaotic life. As soon as we open our eyes in the morning we have a choice, the same 24 hours a day and the same opportunities. The difference will be the way we think of ourselves outside the comfort zone at that moment in time!
So today I wish for you to think outside the “box”. What will your life be if you were more tuned with your inner self and more peaceful with YOU?
The Path to Inner Peace is a process and a beautiful one too. But like every step, achievement and success in our lives it remains a process, and everyone will achieve it according to his/her decision to make their life better than yesterday!
I am looking forward for next Saturday, the 24th of March 2018 at Jacob’s Brew – Pay it forward, to expand this path to Inner Peace further.
